Do you offer free shipping?
Because we’re a small business, we do not offer free shipping at this time.
What are your shipping rates?
Our U.S. shipping rates are as follows:
Lightweight packages: $5
All other packages: $8
Expedited 2-3 day shipping: $25
How are shipping rates determined?
Our domestic shipment providers determine our rates (USPS and UPS). As a result, rates are subject to change based on their set costs.
Where do you ship?
We currently only offer shipping throughout the US + Puerto Rico.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 pm EST are usually shipped out on same day or the following day at the latest. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be shipped out the next business day (excluding holidays). This is subject to change during times we experience an increased volume of orders.
How long will it take me to get my package?
Most packages will arrive between 5-10 business days depending on where it’s being shipped to, but arrival times are not guaranteed. Expedited 2-3 day shipping is offered for time-sensitive orders.
Where is my package?
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please note that tracking links generally need 24 business hours to generate. If you still haven't received a tracking email and your package shows as shipped, please email hello@onsundays.club and we will help!
RETURNS | EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your ONSUNDAYS order! As a result, we offer returns on items that are unworn, in original condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. Items may be returned up to 14 days after the date of purchase for full refund. Returns received after 14 days or that have been worn/tags are removed, will not be accepted. Note that shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.

Do you offer prepaid return shipping labels?
Unfortunately, no. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
We don't charge a restocking fee for items returned in their original condition – unworn, with tags on and in its original packaging. If your items do not meet this criterion, you will be subject to an $10 restocking fee and/or we reserve the right to refuse your order and will have your items shipped back to you.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your item back, your refund will be initiated. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process. Note that ONSUNDAYS reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our shipping and returns policy requirements. Again, shipping fees are non-refundable.
SIZING
What does “oversized” mean?
Oversized means that our garments fit comfortably on the body. Most of our garments are true to size, so order normally. If you’re looking for a tighter look, please size down.
What does "true to size" mean?
This means that if you generally wear a medium, we suggest you purchase a medium. If you typically purchase a large, we suggest you purchase a large – etc.
I'm ______ size. What size should I get?
Fit preferences vary from person to person. Please reference our product descriptions or email hello@onsundays.club to speak to our team. We’re happy to help you determine which size would be best for you!
I wear a size _______ in Nike / Adidas / Lululemon etc. What size should I get?
It's important to note that every designer uses different design specs within their brands and collections. If you prefer the fit of a specific brand or designer, we suggest referencing their size chart for measurements, then compare it to ours.

Where are your clothes manufactured?
Most of our products are ethically made with our core manufacturing partner in Lima, Peru. All of our accessories are made in the U.S.

No, not yet. Currently, we’re only selling products online.
